As a member of our Charity and Not-for-Profit team you will learn how to audit, advise and support charities, including membership bodies and dynamic social enterprises. You will have the opportunity to work with a diverse range of NFPs from international NGOs to Arts & Culture charities to religious orders.

By joining our Corporate Assurance team you will encounter a broad range of businesses from SMEs to multinational groups, including those in financial services, media and technology and professional practices.

Whichever client base you opt for, you study towards the ACA - the ICAEW chartered accountancy qualification.

Buzzacott works closely with training providers First Intuition and Mercia whose courses are designed to help you get the most out of your practical experience. When you join us as a graduate, your contract includes a fully-supervised 36/39 month training programme for the ACA.

You’ll work with a top firm of external tutors on a closely monitored and structured programme which involves:

  • Training at tutors’ offices
  • Regular tests
  • On-the-job training
  • Paid study leave
  • All exam fees paid for

    • From the start, one of our managers will be your mentor, and you will have a dedicated Talent Coach at First Intuition to support your professional and personal development and keep track of your ICAEW exam progress. Feel free to discuss issues or request guidance from them and other Buzzacott partners and senior staff, as well as your First Intuition tutors.
