Internships

- You must be in your penultimate year of university and on track to achieve a 2:1
Please note, we do not accept General Studies for any of our programmes.

Unfortunately not. To be fair to all candidates, we apply clear criteria to ensure they are well equipped to handle the professional training ahead. We are unable to take applications further unless you have extenuating circumstances surrounding your grades.

You will be able to provide further details and upload any supporting information (if applicable) on the application form. We will assess your application in full, taking any extenuating circumstances into account.

Please do! If you will have completed your A-Levels by the intake date of the programme you’re applying for, just enter your predicted grades on the application form. If we offer you an apprenticeship, it will be conditional on you achieving a minimum of 120 UCAS points (300 in the old system) from your top three A-Levels or equivalent (excluding General Studies).

Yes - simply enter your international grades next to the A-Level section on the application form.

While we are on the register of licensed sponsors, unfortunately our trainee positions do not fulfil the visa criteria. Therefore, we’re not able to progress applicants for this role who do not have the right to work in the UK without restriction for the duration of the training contract.

We have two in intakes each year. In early January and in August/September. Please note, not all teams will recruit for each intake.

There are no specific deadlines because we recruit for each upcoming intake throughout the year until the vacancies are filled. Positions fill up fast though, so we recommend you apply early!

Unfortunately it’s not possible for us to provide specific feedback to each candidate due to the high volume of applications we receive. However, we will always notify you of the outcome of your application. If you have attended an interview, someone from our recruitment team will be happy to talk through your feedback over the phone, if successful or unsuccessful.

Yes, you will receive a report from Aon with your scores after you complete the assessment.

Yes, you will receive our travel reimbursement form with your interview invitation and will be able to reclaim your travel costs (up to the value of £60). After your interview, simply complete the form and send it to recruitment@buzzacott.co.uk along with copies of the relevant receipts or tickets. Please note we cannot reimburse petrol costs.

Unfortunately not. As we can’t process multiple applications across different teams, we recommend you get a firm idea of which role you prefer before applying. To help make up your mind, take a close look at our teams and the different qualifications associated with each role.
