If university isn’t for you and you want to gain a qualification while working and earning at the same time, then explore the apprenticeships Buzzacott has to offer!

We offer a range of opportunities across our various teams. You’ll have a Manager as your mentor, plus access to Buzzacott Partners and other senior staff for extra guidance whenever you need it.

Find out more about our apprenticeships below and by watching the Apprenticeship Insight video.

We offer 3 different pathways for completing the AAT qualification.
An apprenticeship within this team offers the opportunity to learn how to audit, advise and support charities, including membership bodies and dynamic social enterprises. You will have the opportunity to work with a diverse range of NFPs from international NGOs to Arts & Culture charities to religious orders. You will study towards the AAT followed by the ACA- the ICAEW chartered accountancy qualification.
An apprenticeship in our Corporate Assurance team provides experience with a broad range of businesses from SMEs to multinational groups, including those in financial services, media and technology and professional practices. You will study towards the AAT followed by the ACA- the ICAEW chartered accountancy qualification.
This team provides the full complement of outsourced services including management accounting, VAT, payroll, company secretarial, HR and regulatory reporting. As an Accounting Associate, you will learn how to create and maintain longstanding relationships with clients as part of our bookkeeping and management accounts services. You’ll study towards the AAT followed by the ACCA.
Training Provided

You will study towards the Association of Accounting Technicians (AAT) Level 3 and Level 4 qualification over 30 months.

Paid study leave is provided to support you in the run up to exams and all course and exam fees paid for.

Following completion of the apprenticeship, further career progression is supported to study towards the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants (ACCA) for the Accounting Associate position and towards becoming an Associate Chartered Accountant (ACA) for the Audit Associate position.
