Work-life balance

We actively promote and encourage a good work life balance.

  • Annual leave - You receive 22 days annual leave (and 25 days for managers and above) and public holidays. This increases to a maximum of 27 days based on length of service. Pro-rata for part-time staff.
  • Buying and selling holiday - You have the option to buy or sell a maximum of five days holiday per holiday year. Pro-rata for part-time staff.
  • Flexible working - We recognise the importance of helping you manage your work-life balance and support flexible working options, where business needs can be met.
  • Enhanced Maternity and Adoption pay - After successful completion of your probation period, the firm pays members of staff their normal pay during the first 24 weeks of maternity and adoption leave. Following this, members of staff will receive Statutory Maternity or Adoption Pay for the subsequent 15 weeks of maternity or adoption leave.
  • Enhanced Paternity pay - After successful completion of your probation period, the firm pays members of staff normal pay for up to 4 weeks of paternity leave.
