Role Overview

We are seeking an ambitious individual to join our market-leading regulatory reporting and prudential advisory team of 10+ professionals. This client-facing role provides significant opportunities to influence the future direction of the team, develop new service offerings, and drive the adoption of technology and AI to enhance the way we deliver services to clients.

You will work with financial services clients across the UK, Europe and the United States, helping clients navigate complex regulatory requirements, solve reporting challenges and respond to an evolving regulatory landscape. The role combines technical expertise, problem-solving and commercial thinking, with exposure to senior stakeholders and a diverse range of advisory engagements.

The role requires a combination of strong technical accounting knowledge, regulatory reporting expertise, and the ability to communicate effectively with senior stakeholders.

We are open to candidates ranging from qualified accountants with 3+ of regulatory reporting experience through to experienced Managers and Senior Managers seeking a specialist advisory role.

Our current core offering includes prudential reporting, ICARA documentation, Annex IV reporting, Form PF reporting and all advisory work that comes with it. The UK regulatory landscape is set for significant changes in years to come and we expect the candidate to play a pivotal role in developing our offering for the new regimes.

This role offers direct exposure to senior stakeholders, intellectually stimulating work and the opportunity to play a meaningful part in the growth of a leading regulatory reporting and prudential advisory practice.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Lead and deliver regulatory reporting and advisory engagements for financial services clients.

• Advise clients on the interpretation and application of regulatory requirements across the UK, EU and US.

• Review regulatory returns, calculations and supporting documentation, providing effective challenge and quality assurance.

• Analyse financial and regulatory data to identify reporting risks, issues and opportunities for improvement.

• Support regulatory change, reporting transformation and operating model enhancement projects.

• Assist clients in responding to regulatory reviews, enquiries and reporting-related requests.

• Prepare high-quality client deliverables, including reports, presentations and technical papers.

• Build trusted relationships with clients and key stakeholders.

• Manage project delivery and support the development of junior team members.

• Contribute to business development, thought leadership and new service initiatives.

What We’re Looking For

• ACA, ACCA or equivalent qualified accountant.

• 3+ years' experience in regulatory reporting, prudential regulation or financial reporting within financial services.

• Strong understanding of the FCA regulatory framework and its impact on regulated firms.

• Experience interpreting complex regulatory requirements and applying them in practice.

• Strong analytical, problem-solving and communication skills.

• Ability to manage multiple priorities while delivering exceptional client service.

• Advanced Excel and Microsoft Office skills. Interest in technology, automation and AI-enabled solutions.

• Intellectual curiosity and a proactive approach to understanding regulatory developments and emerging industry trends.
