We are looking for an Administrative Assistant to join our Business Tax Team.

Team Overview
The Business Tax team works closely with clients to deliver compliance, advisory and planning services. Alongside our tax specialists sits a highly experienced central administrative function that supports teams across the firm.
This new role sits within the Business Tax team but also works hand‑in‑hand with our wider admin and operations colleagues. It’s a great opportunity for someone who wants to gain exposure to how a professional services firm operates while building strong working relationships across all levels, including Partners, Managers and Graduates.
Role Overview
As a Business Tax Administration Assistant, you will play a key part in keeping the team running smoothly. You’ll support day‑to‑day operations, help maintain high‑quality client service, and ensure the team can focus on what they do best.
This role offers a strong entry point into a professional environment, providing broad exposure to client‑facing teams, business operations and the fundamentals of tax.

What You’ll Be Doing
· Providing administrative support to Partners, Managers and the wider tax team.
· Assisting with engagement letters, filing, document management and the preparation of client correspondence.
· Supporting the team with scheduling, meeting preparation, and day‑to‑day operational tasks.
· Learning the basics of tax processes, client lifecycles and business structures to help contextualise your work.
What We’re Looking For
· 5 GCSE’s grade A-C including English and Maths, or equivalent
· A positive, proactive individual who is comfortable collaborating with colleagues across multiple teams and levels of seniority
· A highly organised person with strong attention to detail
· Someone who enjoys being part of a supportive and sociable team
· Basic MS Office skills (Word, Excel, Outlook)
· Prior tax knowledge not required— we’ll teach you the foundations — but you should have a genuine interest in how businesses work and how professional teams operate.
