We are looking for a Receptionist to join our Front of House Team.
A great opportunity has arisen for an experienced Receptionist looking to continue with their career.
You will be joining one other Receptionist, and together will be responsible for supporting 500 colleagues across the different teams within the firm as well as external guests. You will responsible for learning all reception processes, developing an understanding of the needs of both internal and external clients and building good working relationships with the specialist teams in the firm.
This office-based role is situated in our Front of House team, which is a part of our wider Professional Support Team.
Key aspects of the role include:
Providing a responsive, first-class service to clients.
Welcoming guests and notifying colleagues of their arrival.
Answering telephone calls in a friendly, professional manner.
Monitoring and facilitating meeting room bookings using Outlook and MS Teams
Undertaking regular floor walks to check the client services floor. • Assisting with admin tasks, including creating a daily guest list, a meeting room schedule and updating the reception manual. • Co-ordinating with the catering assistant, making sure catering requirements are met as well as planning ahead and keeping the catering spreadsheet up to date with lunches and events. • Booking taxis and couriers as requested.
Acting as a Fire Warden and First Aider (following appropriate training).
You are the right person for the role if you have:
GCSEs including English and Maths grade A-C/level 4-9 or equivalent
Some reception experience
Organised and able to multi-task
Strong attention to detail
Excellent communication skills (written and verbal) with a professional telephone manner.
