We are looking for a part-time Administrator to join our Private Client's Trust team.
A great opportunity has arisen for someone who is looking for an administration role in a professional services firm. The role is part time (20 hours per week) and supports the Senior Trusts Administrator in providing flexible, proactive administrative support to the Partners, Directors and the wider Trust team, ensuring that services provided to clients are as efficient as possible.
Our Trust team sits within our wider Private Client team, which is made up of approximately 30 people, including 4 partners. They work with individuals on some of the biggest financial decisions that they may face, as well as 'mapping' the assets of clients, assessing all financial opportunities available to them.
Key Aspects of the role include:
Setting up new clients, helping collate the client identification and anti-money laundering documentation along with carrying out the ID/address checks on our provided software.
Drafting letters of engagement for new clients.
Assisting the Team with their typing requirements; producing documents from a variety of sources in the style and layout required by their authors/required to comply with the firm’s standards.
Collating and finalising correspondence to be reviewed/signed, book couriers and other postal services (e.g. recorded delivery etc.), as required.
Assisting with monitoring unpaid fees and chasing clients where required.
Providing cover in the absence of other administrators.
You are the right person for the role if you have:
GCSEs (x5) including English at A -C grade, or equivalent
The ability to type at a speed of 50wpm, however accuracy is more important
Good use of English grammar
Strong organisational skills; research and analysis skills
Excellent interpersonal communication skills in order to liaise with people at all levels including internal and external clients
