We are looking for an experienced PA/Administrator to support our Charity & Not-for-Profit team.
A great opportunity has arisen for an experienced PA/Administrator looking to further develop their career.
We are looking for someone to provide efficient and proactive support to our Charity & Not-for-Profit team.
With more than 90 audit specialists, 8 Partners and strong administrative support, we’re one of the largest single office charity teams in the UK. We work with a range of sectors from religious orders to social enterprises, meaning that each project you take on will never be the same. But, that’s what makes it exciting – you’ll have the opportunity to work with a range of sectors, and become a specialist of each.
Key aspects of the role include:
Assisting the Administration Manager to provide administrative support to the Charity Team, including updating Practice Engine (PE), creating interim bills, helping with projects such as organising training sessions and booking performance review meetings.
Taking a proactive approach in the management of Partner and Director level work, working with them in order to ensure they are supported at all times.
Producing accounts and management reports, which include financial statements, in a timely manner, within agreed timescales, escalating to the Administration Manager where necessary.
Managing the Admin Inbox, dealing with all tasks such as creation of bank letters, setting up and adding people to Huddle workspaces, account amends, formatting documents, dealing with incoming post and other ad-hoc queries.
You are the right person for the role if you:
Have previous experience as an administrator
Have good knowledge of Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook
Are a team player, proactive, a quick learner and have a flexible approachable and work well under pressure
Display ethical judgement
Has excellent interpersonal communication skills to communicate with people at all levels
